Our energy efficiency programs promote and encourage the wise and efficient use of electricity, in not only how it is used but also when it is used. The Power4Georgians EMCs do this through a broad array of low-cost and no-cost programs and initiatives.  These programs include:

• Do-It-Yourself home energy audits
• On-line energy audit
• In-home energy audits
• On-line energy calculations
• Discounts and rebates on energy-efficient appliances
• Energy efficiency loans for existing homes
• New home construction tips and recommendations

The number and types of programs vary by participating EMC.
